Condolences

Ballarat Chess Club members would like to extend their sympathy to the family and friends of Andrew Saint and Hannibal Swartz who passed away in a car accident this week. We would also like to send best wishes for the speedy recovery of Dimitri Partsi and James Morris who were injured in the accident. James was this year's Begonia champion and has been coming to our tournament for years, so we hold a special place for him in our hearts. We also hope Anthony Hain and Paul Cavezza are recovering from the ordeal and will come to Ballarat again next year in full health along with James and Dimitri.
